By accessing or using the BlueAlamo web application or mobile app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

BlueAlamo provides AI-assisted real estate deal-sourcing tools including property enrichment, owner research, and cash-buyer matching. Features are subject to change at any time without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at ops@bluealamoinvestments.com of any unauthorized use.

BlueAlamo offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchase (iOS). All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe any third-party rights, transmit harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by or licensed to BlueAlamo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Property ownership and contact information is sourced from third-party data providers. BlueAlamo makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of such data. You are solely responsible for verifying data before using it in any transaction or communication.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEALAMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes.
