BlueAlamo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the BlueAlamo web application and mobile app (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.

- Account data: email address and password hash when you register.
- Profile data: primary market, investment strategy preferences, and notification preferences you provide during onboarding.
- Property & deal data: addresses and enrichment results you submit while using the Service.
- Usage data: feature-level action counts used to enforce free-tier limits and improve the product.
- Device & push tokens: Expo push notification token when you opt in to notifications.
- Payment data: subscription status from Apple in-app purchase; we never store raw card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, enforce plan limits, send transactional notifications you request, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., Railway for hosting, Vercel for the web front-end, Redis for caching, Apple for in-app purchases, ATTOM for property data). All providers are bound by data-processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and deal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, hashed credentials, and access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
7. Your Rights

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
